What was life like before working with Matt?

Life before working with Matt was hectic! I had so much to celebrate but found myself trying to work through daily feelings of confusion, resistance, stress, insecurities and self doubt. I constantly questioned my decisions and struggled with an overwhelming feeling that I wasn't enough.... I was angry, sad and desperate for change.

What was it like going through MHC's process?

I feel the most immense gratitude for his program. The content is precise and the tools are life-changing. Matt is intuitive and has pinpoint accuracy to support (and challenge me) in the best way, to help guide me on breaking down my limiting beliefs and to let go.

What would you say to anyone on the fence about working with Matt - what sets him apart?

I send the universe daily gratitude for guiding me to Matt. I'm almost certain he has superhuman powers... He is honestly one of the most incredible humans I've met.

Matt's integrity, trust and caring nature kept me engaged and accountable while I worked through the program. As I navigated and moved forward in my journey, Matt provided me with a space of trust, encouragement, non-judgement and alignment.

Unbelievable guy! Absolutely life-changing program XX

What was life like before working with Matt?

Before working with Matt, my world was pretty good, but I still felt stuck. I am 65 years young and after many and I mean many years of doing personal development courses trying to fix myself and be rid of self-doubt, not being good enough and lack of confidence, just being totally self critical. I would feel okay but after a few weeks, months, was back where I started in beating myself up.

I actually thought there was something wrong with me, "why wasn't I getting it, what point was I not getting to life

What was it like going through MHC's process?

At first I was skeptical, who was this person that says it like is, no holding back, making you face yourself. I thought techniques that he was showing me were not going to stay and like many coaches just there to help for the now.

But there was something different about Matt, he was real, and didn't let me get away with anything, especially facing my own demons. Matt knew when I was lying to myself and would let me know that and kept pushing me at times with a very long silence, until I had that AHA moment.

After a few weeks, my face even changed it looked brighter and more open, the energy around me was different, I now have strangers saying hello and smiling like they use to.

What was life like after working with Matt?

The only word that I can think of TRANSFORMATIONAL. As an introvert, I can now comfortably go out and be amongst others without the self-talk. I see and feel joy every day now. My husband even has said that I am even calmer now. I can really see people as they are without any judgement. I am now the powerful Goddess that I always wanted to be.

What would you say to anyone on the fence about working with Matt - what sets him apart?

Just do it, invest in yourself and you will not regret it. Matt is authentic and he has tons of empathy, is caring, loving and most of all supportive of your journey. What he gives to you will be with you for the rest of your life. Thank you Matt for changing my life.

What was life like before working with Matt?

I was successful, working short weeks, lots of freedom - it was what a lot of people had hoped for. However it was also serious, rigid, and composed. In the rare moments that I was able to be as 'authentic' as I knew how to be, it was followed by self-doubt and fear of judgement. While I had already done a lot of work on self-improvement, there was still something missing...self-love.

What was it like going through MHC's process?

The process was challenging and confronting, but simultaneously enlightening and I finally learned to open my heart. Matt's strategies are easily mastered with just a few days of practise, and the shift of perspective and energy quickly revealed itself in my daily life.

What was life like after working with Matt?

During the process, I was opening a new business, which was timely to learn how to be more confident, trust in myself, and have faith for the future. The gains were immediately observable as I was faced with problem after problem after problem to resolve. I noticed being more steady within myself, being more assertive in all situations, and most importantly for me - having clarity about my morals, values, purpose AND being confident in communicating this and living by this.

What would you say to anyone on the fence about working with Matt - what sets him apart?

The process is simple, easy to master, and offers subtle yet profound shifts in all areas of yor life. It isn't a typical motivational program that hypes you up for a short-term burst of motivation and excitement.

Matt's process works deeply, gets to the core of our insecurities, and allows for a sustainable transformation. The picture I chose to use for this is my example - I would never ever have posted something so cheeky in the past!

Thanks Matt, very grateful and very humbled again to a process that I believe was brought to me (channeled through you) from the Universe.

What was life like before working with Matt?

My life before working with MHC looked good on paper. I had money, friends, dating life, and flexibility in my schedule, but there was something that was holding me back from taking things to the next level.

Even with everything in my life, I was still feeling unfulfilled and stuck. The funny thing was that I had no idea what was holding me back. I had a blind spot. I was feeling confused and frustrated that I couldn't seem to advance my life the way that I wanted to in my online business and in my relationships with my family, especially my mom.

hen I heard about Matt from a close friend and I heard about how much success he had working with Matt, I felt the urge to see what it was all about.

What was it like going through MHC's process?

I'm not going to lie. Working with Matt is not an easy process, but it's not supposed to be. In order to root out my deepest repressed feelings like my anger and sadness and get them cleared, I had to be willing to open myself up and make myself vulnerable in a way that I almost never do. I was scared to delve into it. I was resistant to it.

The most amazing thing about working with Matt is that even though the process is tough, he guides you through it with so much love and compassion. He is soft and gentle when he needs to be, but also isn't afraid to call you out and give you a kick in the ass if you need that too. He asks penetrating questions just at the right time that allowed me to open up and
let go of everything I was gripping so hard to.

What was life like after working with Matt?

After working with Matt, my life has seen vast improvements. I raised my
rates and nobody ran away. In fact, they are happily paying. I have improved
relationships with my mother and father. My body doesn't feel like it is
dragging around all this extra weight. People have been telling me that I
have a glow about me and they can see it in my eyes. They just can tell that
my reality is different now simply from my presence.

What would you say to anyone on the fence about working with Matt - what sets him apart?

Matt is unlike anyone I have ever seen because he has such an incredibly fine-
tuned intuitive sense that sometimes it seems like the things he says are

just magic. He is so compassionate and loving. I felt safe going through the
process with him even when I was resisting it. He is amazing

What was life like before working with Matt?

Life before MHC was not free. My mind was really trying to protect me shielding me from the world. It had a tight grip on what I could tell myself with respect of what I was capable of both physically and mentally.

Lots of negative feedback loops, and down talk. Sure there were days that were better than others, though on average items line of thinking was very
boxed in, compartmentalized. I put the "mental" into compartmentalized.

What was it like going through MHC's process?

Going through the process was nothing short of liberating. Was a little painful at times, though elation followed the pain. Kind of like ripping off a band-aid and seeing the wound had healed.
Matt was very loving, tender,  understanding, patient, and honest. Both with himself and myself during hisprocess. I could hear in his voice and see in his eyes he wanted to help. Andhelp in the cleanest, most absolute way which would in turn benefit myselfin the same way.

What was life like after working with Matt?

I was given the opportunity with Matt's help to reveal the tools that keep me in this clear mental state. I've always had conversations with myself, and with Matt's teachings, these conversations transformed into love rather criticism.

You must love it all for your mind will become your worst enemy if you let it. Or it will love you back if you love it. One must be capable of self love in
order to love others.

My conversations are simpler now. My emotions connect with the words I speak and I communicate in a very congruent way with the world. And for this I feel pure love for myself. It feels as though my life has been upgraded.

What would you say to anyone on the fence about working with Matt - what sets him apart?

Matt is a loving and kind man. But he also is relentless in helping other and finding deep into ones core their hangups, quips, or personal entanglements and struggles they seek to overcome.

His process is very distilled and cuts to the core quickly. He's not interested in making you feel good for a week. He's looking to change lives on a long term scale, He's shooting for the moon, looking at the big picture and he's there both with the internal and external.

What was life like before working with Matt?

Before MHC I had a lot of pend up rage locked inside of me. I was a
typical “Nice Guy” as outlined in the book “No More Mr. Nice Guy”. This
rage came from repressing my anger and sadness for a long time as a young
boy growing up surrounded by a verbally abusive stepmother, sister, and
father. That in turn, I grew up with a lot of lack: self-confidence, being
worthy, being enough, not loving myself

What was it like going through MHC's process?

Matt has a very refreshing, tough and no bs approach. He makes it very safe for you to share with him as well as with the larger container. There are four or five tenants to the space but the main one is: Non-judgment.

The process itself is a good balance of hard charging and softness. He is 100% focused on facilitating your self discovery. He is there to be your support and will take as much time as is required to get to your root
emotions.

Matt guides you away from your mind and keep you in your heart/ gut. By doing this it is extremely hard to not talk about a struggle that you have/ had
and eventually bring up some of the root items that are holding you back.

Then once they come up, he makes sure you either fully surrender into and let go/ vent. He guides you to a place where you need to go to start healing
from a place of love and being enough no matter your situation.

What was life like after working with Matt?

I believe whatever Matt did for me helped accelerate my development and helped facilitate some
amazing growth.

I felt like I let go of some major resentment I had for my family that I have pent up for a long long time. For all of my 30+ years life. By doing so I had
unlocked a part of my masculinity that I had kept tucked away for the same
amount of time. What a release.

What would you say to anyone on the fence about working with Matt - what sets him apart?

Simple. He genuinely cares about every person he works with. He has a no
BS approach and it is 100% focus on you. He is merely there to support your
self-discovery. His unique approach produces a solid foundation for
permanent and lasting personal growth.

What was life like before working with Matt?

The best way to explain life before Matt - my life was run by my mind chatter! There was a broken record of stories that played over and over despite many years of "working on myself". It felt like I was missing something vital, something that was preventing me from stepping into the life I was trying to create. There was self-loathing, doubt, negativity and unhappiness.

What was it like going through MHC's process?

The processes themselves are relatively easy. The outcomes and journey can be confronting and there were points where I wanted to give up but they are repeatable and they work so I knew that I would progress through if I kept at it.

What was life like after working with Matt?

For the first time in 46 years I can honestly say that I love myself. I am connected, have clarity about my future and have a lightness and determination that I have never before experienced. My relationships have improved and I am confident and excited about what the future brings.

What would you say to anyone on the fence about working with Matt - what sets him apart?

IWhat I love about working with Matt is that it sticks, the processes work and I have tools that I can constantly draw upon. He held the space, guided and challenged me to commit to myself and the work. He has structured the program in such a way that I am not reliant on him, I committed, did the work and have the tools so the results are ongoing and sustainable.

What was life like before working with Matt?

Before working with Matt, I was living a life where I'd had to grow up and be serious from a young age; my home environment wasn't a safe nurturing space, so I coped by trying to control and plan everything, to be perfect - as I felt safer that way. I didn't love myself 100%, my self-esteem and self-confidence weren't that great either. I'd accepted sub-standard relationships and poor behaviour from men and I didn't even realise I was allowing this.

What was it like going through MHC's process?

The theory helped me gain a lot of understandings about myself, and about the dynamics of the masculine/feminine. Having tools to use is what I really needed to help me make changes in myself. Being a time-poor mum, Matt's tools worked for me because they are simple, practical and quick. They also helped me make use of my time more efficiently and use my energy in a healthier way.

What was life like after working with Matt?

I can honestly say that after 8 weeks, I have a very different energy and feeling in myself and perspective about my life.
I can feel the love within me now. I've let go of having to meet a man right now and I'm trusting that a high quality man will enter my life when the time's right. I now feel comfortable around men that I'm attracted to. In the past I'd feel embarrassingly awkward.

What would you say to anyone on the fence about working with Matt - what sets him apart?

Initially I was hesitant working with a male. I thought it a bit unusual, a male teaching this stuff to women. However, I trusted that he would be the right person for me to work with.

There's no bullshit with Matt - you know where you stand with him, which I like.
He holds you accountable, which I think may not come across the same if a woman taught this work.

Matt is genuine in wanting to help. If I didn't trust him, I wouldn't have felt safe enough to experience what I needed to. The course has been worth every cent.

What was life like before working with Matt?

I used to look at my life and the experiences I’ve been through with a very negative mindset and anxiety constantly plagued me. I was born with Epilepsy and have had seizures all my life.

I was also abused in past relationships which ultimately led to me feeling lost and broken and feeling like nobody would love me because I was damaged goods.

What was it like going through MHC's process?

Honestly, it was tough and at times and I felt really challenged, however in saying that the breakthroughs have been life changing. Going through Matt's program has been the best thing I have ever done for myself.

What was life like after working with Matt?

Looking at my life now I feel thankful for everything I have been through because it has taught me how to be resilient in the face of adversity and my experiences have also taught me how to be strong when people treat you negatively.

I now know in my heart that I can do anything and nothing is impossible.

But most importantly I have found myself again and I love the person that I am.

I know I am worthy of love and I am not broken but extremely lucky to be the person that I am.

What would you say to anyone on the fence about working with Matt - what sets him apart?

If you're reading this and considering doing Matt's course I strongly recommend you DO IT!!!

Seriously, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain. xx
